The Kerry Inter-County Grade G Badminton Team came up just short in Cork today.
The Team, managed by Kieran Crehan, consisting of Aine Knightly, Charlotte Fitzgerald, Sinead McElligott, Saoirse Murphy, Leah Kelly, Jophy John, Sonu Sabu, Niall O'Hanlon, Mike Reardon, Evan Lemass, and James O'Mahony, were unfortunate in their matches against Limerick and Tipperary, coming out on the wrong side of 3-6 and 4-5 score lines respectively. However, they gained great experience as no less than 6 of the players were representing their county for the first time.
A big thank you to Kieran Crehan for his hard work and dedication to the team. The team was up against tough competition, and gave their all on the day.
